Calcutta is my hometown, my motherland, this is the place who made me what I'm today. I still possess a nostalgic feeling about Calcutta. But, I feel the city hav'nt develope enough compare to other less renowned cities in India (forget about A-catagory cities). The airport is the same age old which was 15 years ago, the VIP road has become narrower, the foot-paths still occupied with hawkers. I don't know, what would the other areas be like ? God knows, if it ever will change.
It hurts me to write all this. It reminds me the famous lines "saat koti sontaner hey bongo janoni, rekhecho bangali korey manush koroni ".
