Sophia Bush inspired to go vegan by Alicia Silverstone

London, Nov 3: Eco-friendly actress Alicia Silverstone has inspired 'One Tree Hill' star Sophia Bush to go vegan.

Bush is having trouble to completely stop eating dairy and meat food stuff, but is committed to restrict her diet in order to reduce her carbon footprint.

And Silverstone's recipe book, 'The Kind Diet', has assured her that eating can be enjoyable even as a vegan.

"I'm slowly trying to do the vegan thing, so I'm not really a vegan yet but I'm working on it," the Daily Express quoted Bush as saying.

"My family is Italian (and) my whole life has consisted of great meat and great cheese. I read Alicia Silverstone's book and I'm trying some of the recipes out," Bush added.
