Aussie continued having sex at gas bowser even after cops asked to stop!
From ANIMelbourne, Feb 9: A man arrested for having sex at a Northern Territory petrol bowser told a court that he was sleeping until he found his "friend" already sitting on top of him.
Lionel Mark William Spratt pleaded guilty to behaving indecently in public in Darwin Magistrates Court yesterday.
According to the Northern Territory News, his legal aid lawyer Matthew Hubber told the court that Spratt was high on drugs all day at Litchfield National Park and was asleep in the passenger seat when his friend drove his troop carrier into the BP service station at Adelaide River last September last year.
Prosecutor James Tierney said the woman drove up to the bowser closest to the shop, got out of the driver's side door and got in the passenger's side and sat on Spratt, reports the Couriermail.
The service station attendant could not only see the pair "kissing passionately" but also hear loud moaning and the woman was "moving in ways that gave the impression the pair was having sexual intercourse," said Tierney.
The attendant called in the cops, who arrived and asked the couple to stop.
But the pair did not, and Spratt was not taken into custody until 27 minutes later.
Hubber said his client had been in alcohol and drug rehabilitation since the offences.
Chief Magistrate Jenny Blokland will pronounce the sentence on Spratt tomorrow.
