Kelly Brook blames Ant and Dec for ruining her career
From ANILondon, October 31: Actress Kelly Brook has blamed Britain's Got Talent's hosts Ant and Dec for ruining her TV career.
The English actress, who was axed from BGT in January after just six days, said Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly's dislike of her let the channel ITV1 to turn her down for other jobs.
"There was nothing I could do in this country after Britain's Got Talent," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
"The people at ITV were telling me that I had upset Ant and Dec, and that was it," she added.
The Geordie presenters alleged in their autobiography that Kelly did not know about their association with the show.
She said: "They were saying to themselves: 'How dare she think she can come on to our show?' Since then, they've been very vocal about their displeasure at me being there."
But insiders have claimed that Kelly has got the wrong idea and that judge Simon Cowell had much role to play with her fate on the show.
A source said: "Kelly's claims are absolute rubbish."
