Mute and deaf actor earns rave reviews

Thiruvananthapuram, July 24: Overcoming physical impediments, a deaf and mute actor left people astounded with her power-packed performance in a regional film.

Living up to her name, 17-year-old actor Abhinaya, displayed courage by giving a power packed performance as the lead actor's sister in 'Nadodikal', a film about friendship.

Her performance, perfect timings and lip syncs are too good to believe. The beautiful actor is supported by her parents helping her throughout this journey towards stardom.

"She is actually a gift for us. And because of her only we have got confidence. We can do anything for this child. I feel I have to train her in so many things that she is interested in," said Anuradha, Abhinaya's mother.

Abhinaya has also left a deep impression on her co-actors who describe her as a multi talented and confident young woman.She is very devoted to films. She is very talented. She is very confident about herself," said Ananya, Abhinaya's co-actor.

Buoyed by the success of her first venture, Abhinaya wants to take this journey forward and act in more films.
