Jennifer Ellison to play lesbian vampire in 'Carmella'

London, Jun 1: Brit actress Jennifer Ellison has revealed that she will be starring as a lesbian vampire in a new English movie called 'Carmella'.

The movie is based on the cult Victorian novel of the same name, which pre-dated Bram Stoker's Dracula by 25 years, reports the Daily Mirror.

Ellison, 26, who starred in the 2004 Hollywood adaptation of musical 'Phantom Of The Opera' with Gerard Butler, also revealed that she had a host of film roles lined up.

She is currently preparing to star in a new UK touring version of Jeff Wayne's musical 'The War Of The Worlds', which calls for two dates at London's O2 Arena and kicks off on June 10 at the Aberdeen AECC.
