See Paris in a 26 Gigapixel Panarama

If you’ve never been to Paris then check out paris-26-gigapixels.com, a just-launched site that lets users view Paris via a “stitching” of 2346 single high quality photos.

You can zoom in and out on any spot on in the picture to get a closer look. The site has pre-loaded some popular points of interest like the Eiffel Tower, the Arc and the Louvre. It’s pretty cool.

I’m taking a trip there in May and I could somewhat locate my hotel in the Rive Gauche area.
