Well, as usual, Microsoft and Apple are in the news.  One of them is releasing an operating system that nearly everyone is excited about and the other is under federal investigation for anti-competitive practices.  Bet you can’t guess which is which.ADHERER

If you’re thinking that Microsoft is under investigation and Apple has the new OS, think again.  This is 2009, not 2004.

Yep, that’s right.  Microsoft is about to release Windows 7 and so far critics are loving it.

Meanwhile, Apple is under the federal microscope for their practices of denying certain App Store apps for the iPhone/iPod Touch.  (Personally, I blame AT&T, but we’ll have to see what the FCC digs up.)
